We gain all data from any contact through our websites and from all telephone orders placed.

If you have placed an order with us then your personal information is stored on our secure servers which is always encrypted. We do not store any details in reference to your bank or debit/credit cards.
For orders placed over the telephone we will store your personal information on our secure servers located on our premesis with all information being encrypted. We legally need to gain this personal information so that we are able to fulfil or obligation to you when you place an order. This personal information will be kept on record but will not be passed onto other organisations unless the completion of the order requires it e.g. if we send a product from a manufacturer direct to you or to site then that required information will be passed onto the relevant company for processing. The Privacy Policy, T & C’s and Statement of Compliance for that particular company must be requested at the time of placing the order.
